Join NAMI Metro Baltimore 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 4PM in a welcoming space to connect and try simple practices that support mental health.
Wellness Wednesday at Hoen & Co
Every 2nd & 4th Wednesday

Take a pause on a Wednesday and give yourself space to breathe, reset, and untangle before the weekend!

Join NAMI Metro Baltimore for Wellness Wednesday, a welcoming and low-pressure space where you can slow down, connect with others, and explore simple practices that support your mental health. Each session offers a chance for you to check in with yourself and leave feeling more grounded, supported, and ready for the rest of your week.

What to expect:
You’ll enjoy light refreshments, hands-on activities designed to calm and restore, and rotating wellness practices such as gentle yoga, art-based activities, guided meditation, and more. From time to time, we’ll also welcome guest experts who share practical insights on mental health and well-being. Everything we offer is meant to be approachable and useful—tools you can take with you and use right away in your everyday life.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, curious about new wellness practices, or just looking for a supportive community, this space is for you. Come as you are, no experience required.

If you have questions or would like more information, please reach out to Chanelle Austin, our East Baltimore Outreach Coordinator, at [email protected].

Stay Connected: Our bi-weekly NAMI support group takes place after Wellness Wednesday, offering an opportunity to continue connecting and sharing in a supportive, understanding environment if you’d like to go a little deeper.

We hope you’ll join us and make Wellness Wednesday part of your routine!
