Let’s spend a day talking and learning about why your mental health matters and what you can do to be as mentally healthy as possible. Join us for a full day of self-care, stress release, and unscripted talk about mental health. There will be speakers on topics such as stress and anxiety management, grief and trauma, overcoming addictions, the connection between mental health and physical wellbeing, and more.

Meet our Featured Speakers:

Haywood Robinson and Ann Crowder are a mother daughter team who travel to mental health conferences to speak about the importance of early diagnosis, to normalize the conversation around mental illness and discuss the family dynamics between one who is suffering from mental illness and their loved ones. Haywood wrote a book entitled “Chasing Pleasure With Pain” about her mental health journey in 2020 and Ann has been her daughter’s biggest supporter every step of the way. We will also be distributing the Mind Your Mental Health Toolkit, a resource guide filled with activities and exercises you can do at home to keep yourself mentally fit, as well as listings of mental health and wellness service providers around the Lowcountry.
