Registered Medical Herbalist, Geo Giordano will present the class in person or via Zoom to explore ways to support healthy, vibrant aging. Natural strategies to nourish us at the cellular level and to protect and lengthen our telomeres will be discussed.
Scientific data to substantiate will be included. In-person class will include samples of “Longevity Truffles”!
